We didn't start with a solid business plan. Like our namesake, the martin bird, started with my sister and me, fiddling with code and building digital solutions for local MSMEs.
As we attended conferences, built our network, and grew our online presence, our work began reaching agency owners, startup founders, and businesses around the world. We quickly noticed a common pattern: companies wanted a dependable engineering partner—not another unreliable development team.
